Shipping & Returns

  1. We will not accept returns of Products, provide a refund, or exchange Products if you simply change your mind after ordering the Products.
  2. Notwithstanding any payment by you, we are not bound to fill any online orders. If we are unable to supply any Products ordered online via this Site, we will inform you and offer you a choice of a refund or a substitute Product.
  3. Products will not be shipped until we receive full payment in cleared funds. Shipping and handling charges may be extra.
  4. Delivery is available in Australia only.
  5. All risk of loss and damage to the Products will pass upon delivery.
  6. Any estimated or anticipated delivery dates provided by Terragen are not binding on Terragen and Terragen will not be liable in any circumstances with respect to any delays in delivery.
  7. It is your responsibility to check the Products upon delivery. Any discrepancies, shortfalls, damage or visible defects must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours from delivery, failing which the Products will be deemed to be in compliance with the order and free from damage and visible defects. You must, within a reasonable time following delivery, grant us access to delivered Products in order to inspect any alleged damage or defects.
  8. Deviations in quantities of Products delivered from the quantities stated in the order will not give you the right not to accept delivery of the Products.
